To use our website, you must first REGISTER, we will then contact you with an authorisation email so you will have full access to our website, products and services.

Is there a minimum order amount

Yes,  our minimum order amount is £80.00 (excl VAT). so you can test our lines at a low cost.

Do you have a catalogue

We do not offer a printed catalogue at this time because our inventory changes on a regular basis, why not sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date on our new and arriving products.

What if i receive the wrong item , Damage item ? 

ok, this is not something we want our customers to experience and we can assure you our warehouse team work extremely hard in making sure all orders are inspected and labelled up correctly.
If you have received an item that is not correct, or damaged, please send a clear photo to us at Ci*******@bt*******.com along with your invoice details and we can investigate this further. We will always send out the correct item as a replacement if it’s still in stock.

All you need to do is email us at Ci*******@bt*******.com with your order number and we will ensure your order is amended before it is dispatched. Any orders that have already been dispatch, cannot be amended

Delivery

My Order hasn’t arrived ?

Do not panic. We count delivery times as working days (Monday-Friday, excludes weekends and bank holidays) from the date of despatch. You can see your order status by login in to your Cintamani lingerie account via the website.
For UK customers from date of despatch we say to allow 2-4 workings days and for non-UK customers from date of despatch we say to allow 5-7 working days.
